Adrian König

Adrian König is a PhD candidate at the Institute for Private International Law and Civil Procedure (CIVPRO) at the University of Bern, where his research focuses on data-driven disputes. He is a co-founder of TSCHERAKON, a legal technology venture, operates a boutique advisory practice in Zurich and lectures in law at Delta Group. Previously, he trained in litigation at an internationally recognised disputes firm and worked at several leading Swiss business law firms.

König obtained an MSc in Business Administration with a special qualification in Corporate Finance in 2026, graduating insigni cum laude. In parallel with his business studies, he completed an MLaw magna cum laude and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Law and Economics in 2024. He began publishing in leading academic journals while still a student.

During his undergraduate studies, König founded and led the Academic Surf Club Switzerland, now one of the country’s largest student organisations. He also organised surf camps for several hundred participants and co-founded Switzerland’s first student surfing championships.

His academic and professional profile is complemented by substantial practical and athletic experience. Work as a private ski instructor in LAAX and in armed private security strengthened his resilience, client focus and ability to perform reliably in demanding, risk-sensitive environments. A multiple Swiss taekwondo champion with several international placements, he now trains primarily in mixed martial arts and CrossFit and remains an active freestyle skier and surfer.
